TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Tarif: Smart Recipe & Zero-Waste Meal Planner mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Data: Email address used during sign-up or login.
  • Pantry Inventory: Ingredients, quantities, and expiration dates you log in the Application.
  • Shopping Lists: Customized grocery lists and meal plans.
  • In-App Purchases: Premium membership billing processed directly via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Generate recipes matching your logged ingredients,
  • Track food expiration dates and send notifications,
  • Build smart grocery lists and weekly planners,
  • Verify Premium subscription tiers.

3. Data Protection

Your data is stored securely in our EU servers (AWS Frankfurt) with encryption. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third-party advertisers.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a request at https://tarif.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
